What motivates you to work hard today? Your family? The results you see? How you look in your clothes? How good you feel? Your friends?
Me? I LOVE how I feel when I have just finished a hard workout. It makes me want to do it all again tomorrow!!!

What is your favorite unhealthy food?
I think I’d say oreo’s or cinnamon rolls. So freaking delicious. All in moderation though.
What is your least favorite healthy food?
Not sure I’ll eat pretty much anything. I don’t really like peas and then there is the whole vegetarian thing as for being restricted.
